This framed set features a full-sized, non-firing replica of an 1860 Army revolver with a blued/black barrel and cylinder, brass backstrap and trigger guard, accompanied by the famous vintage engraving of Robert E. Lee on his horse, Traveler. The revolver is mounted on a stained wood plaque with our spring-loaded bullet hangers, making it easy to remove the pistol and examine its loading rachet, cylinder, hammer and trigger action--which all work like the original! A rebel flag hat pin and brass identification plate complete the set.

This historic set in a rustic barnwood frame features famous Confederate generals and the flags flown during the Civil War. Mounted on the color print is a full-size, non-firing replica of our 1849 Navy Pocket Revolver, which was popular with Southern generals. (it was rumored that officers would carry this pocket pistol to prevent battlefield surgeons from chopping off limbs in the event they were wounded.) Frame dimensions: 12.25" x 15.5"
