German MP41 Replica
Fully Automatic Sub-Machine Gun

www.gunsofold.com world war I and II firearms page heading
HISTORY: The MP41, manufactured by Haenl, is  identical in all respects to the MP40 Maschinenpistole Schmeisser used by German troops during WWII, except it had a wood stock instead of metal.  Used by German paramilitary police units, the wooden stocks allowed the butts to be used as clubs to quell rioting.  The fully automatic MP41 incorporated a "select fire" switch that enabled single trigger pulls.
